With more than two decades of experience in hospitality construction and development, Harvey brings a strong track record of successfully managing complex hotel projects across North America.
Throughout his career, Harvey has represented ownership’s best interests while leading teams through the design, construction, and development of both new build and renovation projects. His portfolio includes work with leading hotel brands such as Hyatt, Hilton, Marriott, and IHG, totaling more than 9,300 keys and over $619 million in project value.
Harvey’s approach to project management is rooted in precision, collaboration, and a clear focus on return on investment. He is known for effectively coordinating internal and external teams, ensuring projects stay aligned with brand standards while meeting budget and schedule expectations. His experience spans all phases of development, from early planning and due diligence through construction and final delivery.
Prior to joining Elevate, Harvey held leadership roles across the hospitality industry, including serving as President of AcePro Project Management, LLC, and Project Manager roles with Peregrine Hospitality, Prism Hotels & Resorts, and Hospitality Ventures Management Group. Earlier in his career, he also served as Director of Project Services and Brand Representative at Hyatt Hotels Corporation, where he gained extensive experience working directly with brand standards and large-scale hospitality developments.
Harvey holds an MBA from Southern Methodist University’s Cox School of Business, along with a Bachelor of Science in Technical Management and an Associate degree in Construction Management.
