Located in Lexington, Kentucky, DoubleTree by Hilton Lexington serves business and leisure travelers with a full-service hospitality experience in the heart of the Bluegrass region. Through a comprehensive Property Improvement Plan (PIP) renovation, the property received updates to key guest-facing areas, including public spaces, guestrooms, bathrooms, and corridors.
The renovation enhanced the overall guest experience while aligning the property with current brand standards and supporting its long-term performance in the market.
