Our Role: Full-service project management to include brand approvals, budget, schedule, design and planning, construction and project management, and accounting
Schedule: 12-week construction schedule for each project
HVMG savings from Marriott’s provided budget analysis:
- Feature Frame Structure – Constructed of wood in lieu of steel (existing structure is wood)
- Multiple renovations with simultaneous schedule
- Nichiha Installation- Existing structure is CMU, not EIFS, which allowed Nichiha framing to be directly applied to CMU in lieu of substrate
- Sourced local, exterior specialty General Contractor, in lieu of full scope General Contractor
